Orders within Singapore are delivered door-to-door via CJ Logistics.
For orders $200 and above – FREE delivery
For orders under $200 – Delivery fee of $5
Delivery will take up to 3 working days (Monday to Friday). However, deliveries may take longer occasionally during busy sale periods or the festive seasons.
Orders to USA, Hong Kong and South Korea are delivered door-to-door via DHL Express. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

For orders to South Korea & Hong Kong - Shipping fee of $33
Your signature is required as an acknowledgement of delivered receipt. Delivery is made to the addressee on the order confirmation. If you are not present to accept delivery, your order will be returned to us in Singapore and additional shipping charges may apply.
International shipping via DHL Express takes 1-3 working days to arrive, depending on your location and the speed of customs.
We ship DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means the prices displayed on our web store do not include taxes and duties. On top of our shipping cost, tax, customs and import duties might be levied by the client's local government. All additional taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. The range of this can be widely varied from country to country.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
We will e-mail you with a tracking information once your parcel is shipped. Please provide an accurate contact number so that the courier can reach you if needed.
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, APARTMENT 1031 gladly accepts returns or exchanges made within 14 days of the original purchase date. We ask that items are returned in its original packaging with all tags still attached, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Kindly note that we are only able to exchange an item for the same item in a different color or size.
If your order is defective, damaged upon arrival, or otherwise failed to satisfy, do let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will work with you to make it right.
Requests for refund of merchandise will be made full in a form of the original payment unless we agree to credit a different payment type.
Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt.
All personalized, and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
HOW TO RETURN
Please follow these steps to return / exchange your purchase.
1. Pack you unwanted items with the original invoice and return form.
2. Please indicate refund or exchange, next to your unwanted item(s).
3. Please select the reason for your return / exchange for our benefit.
4. Enclose Return Form and the original receipt in the parcel with the item(s). We ask that all items are returned in their original packaging with all tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
*Currently only available for orders made in Singapore.
HOW LONG DOES A REFUND OR EXCHANGE TAKE TO PROCESS?
Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 3-4 working days after we receive the return. A full refund will then take additional 5-10 working days to process. All refunds will be made full in a form of the original payment unless we agree to credit a different payment type.
Exchanges will be shipped out once we have processed the original return. If you need to expedite your return or exchange, please let us know at email@example.com.
HOW MANY TIMES AM I ALLOWED FOR EXCHANGES?
You are entitled to a one-time exchange per item. If you are unsure of the size or color to order, please do not hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
RETURNS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
While we hope that you love everything you purchased from us, don’t worry if it isn’t quite right. Simply return the item(s) to us for a full refund.
Fill in the Return Form enclosed with your parcel and mail back to us with the completed form within 30 days of the original purchase.
Regretfully, we currently do not provide return shipping labels on international shipments. Kindly note that any shipping charges for returns would be the customer’s responsibility. If you wish to proceed with returns / exchanges, we recommend using a courier service with tracking so we can keep our eyes on where your return parcels are. - We accept all Returns and Exchanges of item(s) in their original purchase condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged), with all original garment tag(s).
- Personalized or sales items are not eligible for Returns or Exchanges.
- Items that do not meet the above conditions will not be refunded or exchanged and will be returned to you.
- Other than replacement of defective goods that are the manufacturer’s fault, all shipping charges incurred during postage of Returned item(s) will be borne by you, and are not compensated by APARTMENT 1031.
- Please keep proof of postage as APARTMENT 1031 will not be liable for parcels that are lost or damaged during shipping of Returns.
- Please allow 7 working days from the date that you receive a Return Confirmation email from us to process Returns and Refunds.
- If a merchandise is exchanged for item(s) of a lower value, the outstanding purchase value will not be refunded and will be automatically forfeited.
